Received coupon in the mail. I downloaded their app and ordered food, using the coupon. I got a call a minute later saying... they are not participating with the promotion. So I cancelled my order. They said I will receive a refund in 2-3 businessdays. We'll see if that even happens (based on other reviews) They need to get their act together. They should not be mailingcoupons to their local community if they will not honor them. Read more
I love everything on the menu, especially the Asiago Cheese Creamed Spinach. I seem to remember that their ribs had more meat on... them. But I continue to order from them so that's a good sign. Read more
Pulled pork was great. Chopped brisket sucked was mostly fat. Sides were decent but mac and cheese was kinda greasy. BBQ sauce... was great. Fries and cold slaw were average. Small spot clean and plenty of parking. Read more
I have BBQ food two or three times a month. I've tried other Dickey's locations, so i figured this was worth a taste. I eat... late, so I arrive about 20 minutes before closing time. Some BBQ places sell out of meats early, but they still have everythingI've wanted each visit. I reserve my five- star reviews for places that go above and beyond. While the food and service werepretty good, they'll have to up the ante just a bit for me to award that last star.
