Horrible customer service. There is male Hispanic who i assume is a Supervisor or Manager. He has the worst attitude, always... angry, rushes everyone when they are ordering. I watched him fight with an older lady who came in to complain about the way shewas treated also. This guy has a zero customer service and you can tell that the employees there are afraid of him. My mother is staying in the hotel next door. Two night's in a row I had to dine at this Jack in the box , both nights the food... was terrible. On the first night I got a double bonus jack combo, burger was burnt mushy with no lettuce! Tonight l ordered twomonster Taco's first monster taco cold flat barely any lettuce. hello, I don't know who to contact but I don't understand why this restaurant has a closing time, and whenever I go the indu... employees never want to continue selling after 1:30 am? if they supposedly close at 3 am... today I got there 1:35 am and thevery rude Indian employee did not want to attend to me...
