Came here in April 2021. Recommended by my cousin's Filipino wife. They primarily go there for breakfast, however we decided to... try take out for dinner. We ordered fried pampano, chicken wings, lumpia (egg rolls), lechon (fried pork), pancit (friednoodles), longsilog (Filipino sausage), pork skewers, and a pork meat dish. All the food was well presented and tasty. Pleasenote, that I have little to no experience with true authentic Filipino food. I have personally tried a multitude of cuisines inAsia, however not Filipino food specifically. My non-Filipino-expert taste buds really liked the different flavors and texturesof this meal. My favorites were the fried pampano and lechon (crispy skin pork). The lumpia (egg rolls) and other fried itemswould be better eaten at the restaurant to keep the delicate crisp nature of each dish. Pork Lumpia was incredible. The adobo pork was quite fatty but had good flavor. The garlic rice was perfection.
This place looks like a sport bar but actually serves comfort food. We got a longsilog and a beef soup. They were both very... good. The only not-so-good experience was that the menu was a bit complicated for first time customers. Read more

Not sure why it took me so long to try out Tapsilog Bistro! We ordered A LOT of food for a Saturday brunch. We had the pork... lumpia shanghai, pork sizzling sisig, 2 meats silog, pork skewer, chicken skewer, and elysian space dust to quench ourthirst. Food was piping hot. All was very good. We definitely over ordered, but perfect for leftovers :D Shoutout to Cathy andSarah for taking care of us. They also asked if I wanted to try out their homemade ube cheesecake. I decided to give it a tryand bring it back for my mom to try! She enjoyed it! They tack on a 4% surcharge, but their service definitely supportsit! Parking should be no issue.
