Party pizza. Half garlic fingers / half pizza. Got home open the box, no garlic sauce for the garlic fingers and the pizza was... rock hard burnt and dry. Called to let them know. Response- ? your gonna have to come back and show us that, don?t believeyou?. Better response - Make a new one and deliver it to us, and don?t forget the sauce! Got a donair, the meat was crunchy. Gross. Staff was friendly though!
Pizza was ok at best. It was undercooked and doughy.We also added the option for the garlic parmesan flavored crust and it came... as plain on my pizza. My main concern was the Cinnamon Swirls. It's advertised as being "generously topped with cinnamonsugar". Well mine looked like they were plain. Could barely see any cinnamon on ours at all (see picture). I ordered two of themand barely made it through one and threw the rest out. Not good at all. Also they came with a whipped cream in a plastic cupthat was placed inside the warm box which basically turned it into a liquid by the time I had gotten to eating it. My entiremeal costed over $40 for a medium pizza, two cinnamon swirls, and 4 dipping sauces. A little pricey even if it was good food butunfortunately it was sub par at best. I know the Greco franchise has great food but this location did NOT live up to myexpectations at all. Would not recommend giving them your business. Read more
If there would be a -5 star rating then this place would get it... 1st of all this review is based on our experience as... tourists not locals. While waiting for our pizzas people stopped by picking their orders, so it seems decently popular. We gotthere late in the night with 2 thirsty kids and ordered some pizza and asked for water... none available for sale or for refill(not even tap water!!!)... we have been advised to try at the Irving gas station across the street. Can you imagine a kitchenwithout drinking water, because we can't fathom that. Staff unfriendly and reticent of answering even basic questions like whatis the difference between different pizza options that are on the menu. Ultimate worst experience! To be avoided ! Read more
