On 10/28/2022 I stopped in to order a small sub sandwich. It was about 3pm. After any lunch rush and before any dinner rush. I... was the only customer in the place. I ordered a very simple small steak and cheese sub, plain. I was told 15-20 minutes. Noproblems. I took a seat in the waiting area and patiently waited. After 20 mins and absolutely no acknowledgement from the girlwho took my order I started to get a little "perturbed". 25 mins-nothing. 30 mins-nothing. That's when I stood up to the counterand waited another 5-7 mins for the same girl to acknowledge me. When she did, she asked me if needed to order or if I called inan order. She didn't even remember I had already ordered AND PAID and had been sitting in front of her for over 30mins!!! Ittook several more minutes to get my sandwich. Then I went out to my vehicle and unwrapped it. My once hot sandwich was now cold.The cheese was hard as a rock and the only reason I ate it was because I was really hungry and I paid for it. We've ordered here several times, it works best to call ahead and then pick it up in 30-45 mins. They have a hard time with... staff, and the one person out front answering phones and ringing up payments is usually stressed out and overloaded. But when wecan manage to get our order in it's usually good food, especially the pizza. Read more

Delicious food and friendly staff!! For three very picky kids, we ordered three different pizzas! Cheese, pepperoni and meat... lovers. All three were devoured. Let's face it pizzerias are usually bare bones on atmosphere so not reducing the rating for that. HOWEVER, the food was cooked... well and the portions were very good. People behind the counter were exceptionally nice too. Really there is nothing tocriticize it's a very good pizzeria. I had a steak and cheese sub. Very decent portion of steak in it.
