My husband took me to Barrel and Boar this evening and it was delicious. The service was great, staff very friendly. Sky our... waitress was wonderful and had plenty of recommendations. I was really excited to try this place and the atmosphere is nice along with decent customer service but the food was a huge let... down. We ordered brussel sprouts for an appetizer and they were delicious BUT for the price you pay you only get about 5 brusselsprouts which you can find restaurants nearby that will give you twice as many for $2 less. I ordered their barrel burger andhonestly I've eaten MRE's on backpacking trips that have more flavor than this burger. The burger was supposed to have bleucheese but it had tiny 3 crumbles, the bacon on top was the only thing with any flavor. We went here for dinner for the first time tonight and Jackie was our fabulous server in their relaxing and pleasant outdoor... patio. The food and service was great! We had the ribs and Mac n cheese BBQ dinner and they were both delicious! The sweet teaand wine was amazing while enjoying the beautiful evening. We will be back.
