Very good food. Our server was very nice. Bathrooms not so clean but the rest of the restaurant was very clean.
Worst Bob Evans experience ever. Food wasn't fully cooked, pumpkin bread was not fully baked, and raw in the middle. Staff was... doing the best to accommodate, but when your food isn't even cooked...... Read more
Service was extremely slow. Manager walked by and asked if we were ok and then mumbled something else and walked away. Finally... got our lunch and asked for a refill. Had to remind the waiter that we asked for one and he brought it back in to go cups withthe bill. Over all the food wasn't bad, just the wait for it seemed a bit long. Read more
My husband and I stopped here after leaving OSU for a medical appointment. I ordered fried chicken and was amazed to hear the... cook tell all the waitresses (at 12:10 pm) that there is no fried chicken available because it was in the freezer. Our waitresstried to ask if she needed to tell her customers (me being 1 of them) that chicken was not available. The cook was extremelyloud and totally disrespectful to our waitress. I advised the manager on duty that this was totally unacceptable to hercustomers and to the waitresses who were taking orders in the restaurant at the time. It was not the waitresses fault thatchicken hadn't been put out to prepare for the customers - that is a direct result of the kitchen staff (cooks) not doing theirjob properly! It will be a long time (if ever) before I will return to this location!! The manager needed to immediately talkto her employee that was totally disrespectful to her co-workers, as well as the customers who came into the restaurant to enjoya nice meal. I am 61 years old and I have NEVER had this type of experience in a "Family Style" restaurant in my entirelife. I did not feel comfortable or "Down on the Farm!". Read more
