I will preface my review with the knowledge that I know that a lot of places are understaffed and the employees are overworked.... I try my best to be patient and understanding. Today, I waited 10 minutes before the hostess, which I think was a manager askedhow many were in my party. I was expecting with how long I initially waited to be addressed, that the wait for a table would behalf an hour or more but it was only 10 minutes. The hostess asked for our drink order and let us know she'd look for ourwaitress. Probably another 20 minutes before the waitress brought our drinks but my husband's margarita was wrong. She broughtit fixed a few minutes later. We ordered our appetizers, with some sauce on the side, and main meal. Our appetizer hadeverything on it. Then our meal came out and mine was the wrong item. I ordered BOGO boneless today. An order of 10 for a total of 20. Waited 20+ minutes in the takeout line. When I got home and... counted my boneless wings they only gave me 14. Not at all happy, and likely won't spend any more of my money at this location. Read more
Never had a bad experience here before until tonight.... Went in with my uncle for a early father's day meal. Upon arrival, had... to stand in the lobby for a unreasonable amount of time. Received a booth, finally, in the back. Had a waitress who was on hersecond day, which is absolutely fine. We both started out ordering PBR draft. "We don't carry that anymore." Okay, he orderedBud Light, I ordered Bud. "We're out of Bud." Okay, Bud Light is fine. We both love to get the house sampler as a platter."We're out of onion rings." Jokingly but sarcastically I asked her what they did have? She said "You don't have to eat here. Iwon't charge you for the drinks." We asked if something can be substituted for the onion rings like fries or fried mushrooms.She went back to check. Another staff member came to the table and asked if we had a problem with the waitress. I said thateverything we seemed to order was either no longer a option or you are out of it so we just asked if something else can besubstituted in place. He said that he would not be selling the house sampler without onion rings in stock because he was notgoing to substitute something else in place of it because if he makes the exception for us he would have to make that exceptionfor everyone. His demeanor was unprofessional like he was talking down to us as if it was unreasonable to ask for what we camethere for and to even ask for a substitute for what they were out of stock of. They did get the order correct. But the food was below par as far as what I paid for. Other Bdubs do a WAY better job! That... little order of tator tots cost me $14 and they didn't even put all the toppings on it! It looks like a regular order of totsalmost! Definitely not worth the $14... I'm unhappy with this specific Bdubs. They do not do as good as other places... sodisappointed. This whole order in this pic is almost $30! Absolutely NOT worth it!
