This particular DQ is an excellent reflection of Canal Winchester people and that home town feel. Yes, you get the reliability... of knowing the menu of DQ, but you also feel like you are being waited on by friends. I love the no-risk, no non-sense solidmid-west type menu you can count on to be good and be reasonably priced. I normally go thru the drive-thru but this last time Igot to take my 4 year old granddaughter out to lunch, just us. The staff went out of their way to talk to her making her feelspecial. My petite granddaughter chowed down (?!) and as we were leaving, the staff asked if she had a nice lunch. These specialtouches are priceless but are quite common at this particular location. Editing to add one note about parking. Be VERY carefulwhich spot you pick as the spots are not wide enough. More than once I couldn't get kids in their car seats or me in my driver'sside door bc someone else wasn't exactly even inside their own spot!! Read more
This place needs to be managed and ran better. I have given them to many chances. Every time the blizzards have very little... candy and are not mixed well enough at all. I don?t know why this location is this way, other ones in other cities nearbyaren?t and it?s shocking this one is so inconsistent. Head over to whits if you have an ice cream craving. Read more
I?m not sure what the mans name was, but there was a younger gentleman working the counter when I came in. He was so nice and... had amazing customer service. As a manager who knows how hard good help is to find, I wanted to hire him for my company on thespot! Watched him take multiple orders, he was energetic and kind. He even helped train another employee on how to make drinksthat she was not familiar with. Definitely a great employee! Read more
Has to be one of the best fast food places. It seems as if in today's world every single order at a drive-thru is messed up... because the workers don't care anymore. At this DQ they are phenomenal employees and the restaurant is super clean. Having beenin some filthy pig sty restrooms their restroom is always absolutely spotless. The entire staff is great!!!
