I?ve been here multiple times now and every time I order in the app so that way there?s no miscommunication on my order. They... always forget one item, or completely mess something up. Most horrible experience ever. I didn?t even get to place an order as staff was rude.MARY threw a burger across the counter at a... child telling him ?now try to tell me it?s not right? another lady came in with her burger and the meat literally looked liketheir was a bite taken. The manager in their was also not pleasant we asked for a boss above her and replied with ?I?m theboss?. Staff was also touching food after touching doors and their faces and didn?t wash their hands. We called ahead and were told that the restaurant could accommodate our group. We got to the restaurant to the doors being... locked. Someone opened the door for us. The manager then told us to get out of his lobby and he will not serve us. We are agroup of middle and high school kids that just marched in a parade and were looking to grab a bite to eat. UPDATE: Still useless. I ordered sundaes and the amount of chocolate sauce in it would fill the surface of my thumbs. This is... basically a normal icecream cone in a plastic cup. Ridiculous. I ordered a chocolate sundae today. I ordered it with mnms and Iordered it with "extra" oreas, meaning 2 portions. Not only does it have barely 1 portion of mnms, and barely 1 portion oforeos, it's also missing the chocolate sauce... I've got a cup of ice cream with a sprinkle of nothing on top. An absolutejoke. This has happened SO MANY TIMES now that I think no one is teaching the staff to look at the additive options people haveon their orders. Read more
