I give one star to A & W Canmore this time, I usually get one kind of sandwich and I was happy most days that how fresh it is,... it was an absolute ?Garbage? and disgusting this time! I?ll take this restaurant out of my list and will never go back again!You pay and you get low quality food! Terrible experience Ordered through door dash for local delivery. Order was accepted by restaurant. Waited 20 minutes with the... expectation that food would be delivered soon due to order being accepted by restaurant and delivery driver being assigned.Received a call from delivery driver stating they don?t have ANY of items available that were ordered. Why would the restaurantaccept an order for food they do not have in stock. Please update your door dash if and when items become unavailable. Commonsense would have been to call the customer OR don?t accept the order. Not only did you waste my time but also the deliverydrivers time. Read more

Been here a couple of times and service is poor and the quality of food has been sad. We ordered onion rings and got half a bag... of old oily rings, went back and they gave us another bag that was just as sad without any apology or explanation.
