The staff is great. The customer service is even better. I came this morning for decaf coffee and pankages. A typical order... takes about 5 mins obviously is a fast food restaurant. I waited for about 15 mins, my order never came. I give them another 5mins. I walked thru the counter i request my order. My order was just sitting there with one to take care of it. Don't do mobile order curbside pickup. We never got our kids' order. Had to go inside. There's a bunch of workers doing... nothing. Even the drive thru was not busy. Their alarm was beeping the whole time I was waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Read more
