I use the phone app to order. The last 5 times (at least), my slushy has been made wrong. Today was the worst. I ordered a... limeade slush with cherry + extra cherry flavor. I got a boring regular cherry slush. No limes, no cherries added as should be.No frozen limeaid. I can't call because it immediately hangs up. I am a regular customer but not anymore. Read more
??????BEST IN TOWN?????? Honestly, I’m not a huge fan of sonic. But this location is a shining example of exemplary... management. They have the same high school workforce to hire from as every other location in town, yet they manage to maintainreally fast and accurate service. Not to say I haven’t had the occasional issue, but they disappear among all the positiveexperiences. I have entirely stopped going to the Big Chain Taco place right near them due to the extremely poor management andhiring practices. The Big Chain burger place right next to them is also appallingly lax on their employee standards. If youdon’t want local eateries, or just want a reliable Big Chain location in this town, choose this Sonic, you wont regret it. Read more
Kinda busy at the time we went but waited 6 to 8 min after hitting the button to order and nothing. My GF then decided to order... on the app and when she did she finally received someone to respond through her at the stall. Another 10 min later we had ourdrinks and Mozzarella sticks. absolutely AWFUL service! sat in a stall for 25 min and it was out of service! do you think any signs said that? I patiently... waited while I had to use the restroom and have my dog in the car that also needs to go out. the same car hop walks past me 3times! but declines to say something about it being out of order.
