I really like the food here. They take simple dishes and make them extraordinary. Pick any appetizer and order a double and... enjoy. Relax and don't be in a hurry. The restaurant is nice and comfortable. I know everyone likes the location but I havenot gotten used to it. If you like South Pointe you'll be comfortable driving there. Read more

Four of us were looking for a local place and decided to come here for dinner. We made a reservation since it was a Saturday... night and arrived at the appointed time. Eventually, the host came out of a back room to greet us. He offered us indoor oroutdoor seating as there were multiple tables available in both areas. We selected a spot and he immediately took us there. Iguess a reservation was not really necessary after all. We sat down and perused the menu. The manager came over for a briefchat and among other things explained that they were short-staffed (like all restaurants these days) but we also spoke abouttheir food, the special of the day (trout) and a few other things. The waitress also came by and we ordered our selections: Aveggie pizza, the eggplant parm, Chicken Marsala, and Shrimp pasta dish. We each ordered a glass of wine or a drink as well. Wepassed on appetizers or salads. A few minutes later, the waitress came back with a bread plate that also had a square plate ofolive oil with a few herbs in it. While we wish there were more herbs in the oil, the fact that the bread was served warm was adefinite plus! The food arrived in due course and it was executed well. All the dishes were good and none of them wereexceptional. The reason I mention this is that you probably noticed that I gave this restaurant a rating of four stars. Thereason I chose not to go with a five-star rating even though almost all of my comments are positive is that while everything wasgood, the prices are high for what you get. We ended up spending $40 per person. For this we got one entrée and one drink. Forthat price I want to get food that is done exceptionally well. This was done well, but not that much better than restaurantswhere I would pay $25 per person for the same dishes. The surroundings are pleasant in both the indoor seating area and theoutdoor area. There is also a semi-private area in the back where private parties can be handled. The staff was prof Read more

I have eaten here many times. They are no longer open at lunch, but when they were the menu was fantastic. Their pizza is... really good as is their pasta. They have really nice drink options. Price is on the more expensive side. Read more
