Overall Beau's was a very cute local burger joint, atmosphere felt old school...which was nice. Chain restaurants are good for... what they are, but it's very nice to pull up to a local spot that's family owned and feels much more personal..... that is whatBeau's feels like. We ended up ordering just a regular burger with the traditional toppings (lettuce, tomatoe, onion, pickleand ketchup/mustard). We also ordered a side of fries and potato salad. It all tasted pretty darn good, I could tell thevegetables were fresh and possibly local, potato salad tasted homemade and the fries were good as well. Not sure if the burgerpatty was fresh, seemed to be from frozen, but with fresh veggies the flavor was still good. The fries were cooked perfect formy liking, cooked just long enough to be a little crunchy, but still nice and soft on the inside. Some places cook the fries toolong and they are almost as crunchy as potato chips! Oh, they also have some very cute seating in the back, serveral tableswith umbrellas in a small fenced-in area. I usually don?t give reviews however the food was so bad I had to say something. This was my 1st time ordering from here since... they changed the owners and name from Reno?s to Beau?s Burger Shack. I decided to give it a try because the food from Reno?s wasexceptional, always fresh and delicious. So I figured the new owners would keep up with Reno?s reputation. I was absolutelywrong about this one. Everything we order was absolutely horrible! The onions rings and fries tasted stale/days old that wererefried and served. We had more bread than fish for our fish sandwich and the fish was soggy. For the amount of money we paidI?m very disappointed in the food. The person who took the order was nice but that?s it. Good burger and onion rings. Quick
On 6/24/22 I ordered and paid for a Whole Belly Dinner, but there was not a single whole belly clam in the order--it was 100%... clam strips. Did not discover until I got it home. I will try Beau's again, but each time from now on, at time of pickup, I willopen the package and inspect before I put my debit card in the card reader. Beau's can be very good, but they lost my trust onthe clams. Read more

The quality of the food is above average; however, the portions were quite stingy. Their fried shrimp platter tasted great (with... the exception of the coleslaw which seemed slimy and definitely past its best by date); however they only provided 5 pieces ofshrimp for something they charged $16.75 for. I also got the cajun fish sandwich, which tasted great and had some kick to it,but it was a whole $10.75 just for a single fish filet sandwich with lettuce and tomato. While most of their food tasteswell-seasoned and fresh, I think they take the saying "quality over quantity" quite literally. Read more
