Didn't meet expectations of highly rated Italian cafe due to staff shortage at time of visit resulting in long wait time to be... waited on. Food quality fine but not spectacular. Waitress apologized for long wait time due to staff shortage and asked us toreturn to give them another try. We'll see. Read more
Justin (manager) and the Chef, whose name I did not get, went absolutely above and beyond for my Mom?s 70th birthday take out... order which was impeccably prepared and packaged! My family has been going to Alessandro?s for over a decade. The dishes arealways very good and the food is quality. Thanks to Justin and Chef for their kindness on September 6, 2022 - it made the daygreat for all of us? and thanks to Alessandro?s for all of the great food and memories over the years! For those reading who maynot have been yet - we are an Italian family so we do have very high expectations of an Italian restaurant! Alessandro?s checksall of the boxes! They will not disappoint! First time here and I was disappointed at the service our waiter gave us. First walked in had to wait until someone noticed us... then we asked her politely to clean the table. After we sat down we waited about 15 min to be asked what we wanted. When shebrought the drink I asked for garlic bread still waiting, the waiter finally brought out a hard bread. We asked for fresh andstill waited. When they finally brought out the appetizer it was the wrong order we asked nicely to corrected so she went backto her co worker and was talking about us still with the plate in her hand and one of her co workers looked at us and noticedthat we were also looking at our waiter to finish talking (if you are going to talk bad about a customer just go to the backdon?t do it in front on the customers. After finally bringing the food she never once asked about refill she was serving allother tables and ignored us. Even when it came time to pay when she finally brought the receipt it was wrong so we went to thecash register and she got very upset because we went to pay upfront after we waited for her to come back and get the money.
