Went in to order a couple subs to go (I do this regularly). Return home with sandwiches to find them cold. I?m not talking about... they aren?t piping hot..I?m talking about COLD; out of the refrigerator cold. I return to the restaurant and ask for thesandwiches to be made again because of this. They inform me that their steamers ?half of the time work? as they laugh and cracka smile and joke with a coworker. Sandwiches were made again, I make my less than one mile trip home to find my sandwiches onceagain?COLD. Once again, I am not talking about warm or less than hot, I am talking about REFRIGERATOR COLD food for a secondtime. Ordered once through Uber. Got it cancelled by firehouse an hour later because someone else allegedly picked up my food.... Re-ordered. Same thing happens. Wait an hour and then it?s cancelled. When I talked to Uber they basically said, ?We?re goingto make sure to notate this locations service.? That?s code for Firehouse didn?t make the order either time, and Uber knows it.If.you visited the location you?d get it.
