Got a delivery order tonight. Website pricing is off by 40%. Grilled chicken salad listed on menu on thier site at $10.95. ... Actually cost 15.95 and is not a $16 salad. I ordered a half deluxe/half pepperoni pizza and they charged me for a whole deluxeat $24 instead of $21.95 on website for half deluxe. My bill came to $46. Not sure what the other $8 was for. Update yourwebsite. Nobody pays $ 16 for a salad w/subpar chicken on it but above all they couldn't answer how my bill (with unpublishedraised pricing) was still $8 more than should have been. The manager hund up on me when she couldn't justify the invoice. Read more

Tonight, we ordered dinner from ?I Love NY Pizza? for the first time? several pizzas, and an order of meatballs. I explained... carefully that we wanted one of the pizzas with ?extremely light cheese? practically none at all?? and that we wanted an orderof plain meatballs, NOT meatballs parmesan. It would?ve been great if they hadn?t gotten just half of our order right, but theycouldn?t be bothered even doing that. The pizza came with extra cheese, and so did the meatballs. If you?d like to order foodfrom a restaurant that will not only ignore your wishes, but actually go out of the way to do precisely what you don?t want,then ?I Love NY Pizza? is the place for you.
