I have been to other Jersey Mikes and they were good but this one is top notch. Employees were friendly, manager was cleaning... tables and it was spotless. Sandwich (number 13 Italian) was perfectly made. Bread was fresh. Read more
Called in our first order after watching the tempting ads on tv with Danny DeVito. Nope. Ordered two subs on line and said it... would be ready in 15 minutes. I drove the 5 miles and had to wait another 20 minutes for my order. One employee started to makethe subs and in the middle said, my times up and he left! So my subs were left sitting around half made until someone elsefinished them. If I had not already paid for them online I would have walked out. If they are trying to aquire new business fromlocals this is certainly not a good way to do it. I may try once them once more but after I read the latest reviews. Read more
Did an online pick up and had someone get my food because i?m stuck at home sick. First they called because they were out of the... bread. When i received it, I noticed they made my sandwich wrong. I called to get a refund or see if I could get anotherdelivered and was told I couldn?t do either. Waste of $14 and not very good customer service. Apparently reading an order isvery difficult to do. I love jersey mikes. Food is great. HOWEVER, I have to leave this review. As the young man was making my sandwich he fed himself... one of the extra pepperoni pieces with his gloved hands while he was making my sandwich. Just not profession or great ?bestpractices?. Then the guy that was cutting my sandwich and wrapping it wasn?t wearing gloves. They both had long hair hanging intheir face without hats or hair nets. I?m not a germaphobe by any means, but that?s just not great food service etiquette. Hopethe manager sees this and makes some changes! Read more
