Steak salad was delicious. Then came out to a double rainbow.
We order sidelines frequently. We have continued to give them the benefit of the doubt and given them a chance to fix their... mistakes. Everyone has an off night right? Well, after last nights order, I can no longer not tell people about the continuedfailing experiences at sidelines in canton. We have even called the manager, who assures us the order will be correct, it NEVERis. If you order take out or delivery, they always put your ranch dressing inside with the food. It melts the lids and there isalways hot ranch all over your food. We have talked to the manager about this SEVERAL times. Last night, my husband went insidethe restaurant and spoke to the manager directly who assured us that it would be taken care of, AGAIN. It was not. On top ofthat, this is the second time in a row that the food has made us sick. We were both up with stomach aches and we ate differentitems. The quality of food has declined SEVERELY in the last year and we won?t be ordering from there again. Since managementdoes not care about the customers, maybe this review will save you a stomach ache and frustration of spending good money forsomething that will just make you feel really bad. Found leaf in my soup And they sent out hamburger steak onion. And mushroom. And then to processed to tell us they had no gravy... ! Who eat just onions and and dried hamburger patty ? Had to argue with a ?manager? cause they messed up my door dash order. And told me to call them to fix their mistake. Bahahaha.... Never again. Poor customer service. Canton hired y?all to serve booze not good food clearly. Read more
