I work for doordash and went out of my way to do a delivery. When I get to the Taco Bell restaurant 2 minutes before I was to be... there, I went to the drive-through because no one can ever hear the door when you're knocking I was told they had just closedand they had cancelled the order! It was a $17 order that I went out of my way for and then the store just abruptly closed! I donot get compensated for that and I wasted my gas and my time and I'm sure the customer was not happy. The person who answeredthe drive-thru sounded drunk or stoned whichever, but I find that very unprofessional for a business to just shut down beforeclosing when they have orders that have been placed and are expected. Consistently the worst Taco Bell location in the chain. Kfc side is fequently "out of chicken", and I swear they have never... gotten a single order of mine correct. Food quality is consistently low, even for taco bell, and they never give me sauceunless I ask a second time after checking my bag. I wish I lived closer to a different location. Read more

Tonight taco bell/ KFC does not even deserve a star on account of one person. "Regina" she literally was so rude and hateful to... me. More then anybody in my entire life has ever been. I have had many people complain to me about her but before tonight neverhad I had a bad experience with her but now I literally see why she is the talk of the town. She greeted with " Lord what do youwant". I work in fast food and if I had ever greeted someone like that my job would be gone. Then as I explain to her what Iwant which was a chicken burrito without the chipotle sauce the woman kept cutting me off with nasty remarks telling me that shedid not know what I was talking about so finally I decided to just get a chicken chalupa so it would end the madness as I pullaround to the drive-thru to pay she starts screaming at me hands me my drink snatches my money and as I say something to her todefend myself she hands my money back to me and tells me to get off of her property. Mind you I eat here more then 4 times aweek. My children love taco bell. Until Regina is gone I will not be going back and will share my poor experience with everyoneI know until something is done. I have heard this lady talk to her employees like trash. Every employee that I have spoken tohave all had nothing but bad things to say about her. She is not a good person and area coach/manager whatever she is damn surenot her cup of tea.
