This shop is wonderful and adorable. I came in at the tail end of a rush (like three parties of 3-6 in line in a row) and was... totally anticipating a long wait, but they were so speedy! They were making more of one of the additions I had requested, andquickly and helpfully pointed out an alternative. Bonus 6th star-Alicia Keys came on the radio and I could hear the staffsinging along so joyfully. Such excellent vibes and I will absolutely be back in the super near future. Read more
Ordered online on a Friday night and 1 hr later still waiting for it. Ordered online to save time. Came in 20 minutes later... when it said it would be ready. Young man went back and checked on the order said they're busy, repeated my order and continuedworking. I understood it was busy so continued to wait. Everyone before me got their orders and then the person after me gottheirs so went back to the counter and asked about the order and explained we placed the order an hour ago. A lady went backand came back out saying they placed the order at the bottom of the pile. Meanwhile me and two little kids had to wait 45minutes in the store. Ended up canceling the order and walking out. We'll see if they properly refund the money or if that'sgoing to be misplaced too. Service and quality is getting worse and worse. Last order had a mix up and missing an add on thatwe paid for. Kids liked the place so was ordering from there every Sunday like clock work. My suggestion is go to Ding Tea. I love this place!! I come here all the time. I order the Orange Banana Dream and I highly recommend it! One of their best... smoothies in my opinion. Service is great. These people work so hard and my order has never been wrong. The music is alwaysbangin too. I give this location 100 morbillion stars out of 100 morbs. I always love finding a good bubble tea shop, and today I found Bambu in Canton. They are located on Ford Rd and Canton Center... Rd. next to Levant Kitchen. I love that they have their own specific in house specials that the staff creates monthly. Superfriendly staff and great drinks. I really enjoyed trying some of these unique flavors. My favorites were the Kashmiri milk teaand the cookie butter (lotus) milk tea.
