I like this location. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothered me was there was gnats flying on the... food that sits inside the see-through glass by the register. Just an fyi. This may give a bad look towards customers and theymight think the place is unsanitary. Read more
This is one of the busier Starbucks locations locally and the lines can get daunting. Staff is friendly and accommodating to... dietary restrictions and special requests and they work visibly very hard to get orders out in a timely manner, even whenthey're swamped. The area around this Starbucks is problematic, though. The city seems to have the stretch of road betweenPlymouth and Schoolcraft constantly under construction but it never seems like there are any improvements. Read more
I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to write this one. I have been frequenting this Starbucks for over 3 years and I am... consistently impressed with their attitude and service. Throughout the pandemic when things were tense they worked so hard tokeep their service consistent and pleasant. My coffee order is always correct and timely. If you stop into this Starbucksconsider leaving an extra tip as they definitely deserve it. Read more

This Starbucks is the nastiest location I?ve ever been to. I ordered a refresher and received a refresher with 3 fruit flies... infused in my drink. I immediately went back once I noticed them floating under the foam (barf). The woman at the counter saidthere was no manager available but I could speak to her instead. She said oh sorry and began to load up $4 complementary cardsin silence without even explaining what she was going to do, like I was an inconvenience to her in that moment. She said ohI?ll make sure to use a clean shaker to remake the drink. I thought to myself wait? So I received a dirty fruit fly infestedshaker to make my original drink that had already taken 3 sips from (double barf). While she?s remaking it I take a quick glanceat the bakery items in the glass container and there is a swarm of fruit flies in there just buzzing around! Once she hands mydrink, I?m like do you see what?s in the glass container? She?s like oh well I guess I?ll let the people in the back know.LMFAOOOOO I live 0.1 mile away from this location, but I will drive to the ford and lots location to get what I need from thatmoment on.
