Picked up a ghost kitchen order (UberEats Vegan Pizza World). Had to wait for them to make the order. But the food was good and... they were apologetic and very busy. I understand as someone in a kitchen manager and owner roll stuff happens. Read more
Paid for pizza and when delivery didn’t show for over 1.5 hours we called to check. They were rude and hung up immediately... after screaming “your food will be there”. We were super polite and only called because we knew they were closing soon. Didn’t really get a chance to say much of anything before we were screamed at and hung up on. An hour later (now almost 2.5hours from order time) the driver calls and says he’s here. I explained we had already gotten food elsewhere and gone to bed. I haven’t be able to eat pizza for yrs because of the dairy so I decided to give toarmina’s vegan pizza a try a couple... months ago and I loved it!! Been eating it on the regular every since and the vegan cheese bread is really good as well!! Nocomplaints at all and the canton location is the only location I like to go to the owners are very welcoming! Read more
I called and ordered a one topping pizza for $12.99. I asked for halal pepperoni. They never told me that there was an... additional charge for halal. When I got to the restaurant the pizza was $19.99 due to the cost of beef pepperoni being 3x theamount as pork. I've known of some places charging a dollar or two for "premium" toppings, but $7?? No thanks. Reply to owner -I did not pay for the pizza. It was not $16, the young man at the counter clearly said it was $19.99 and I showed him the onlineprice. Even with taxes, the price increase was ridiculous. We order beef pepperoni from Genovas all the time and they nevercharge extra.
