This restaurant should never have been built or open. From day one, this location has never been properly staffed. I have been... there several times, hoping they would get their act together but, tonight was the last straw. Tonight, with an empty drivethrough and, empty inside dining room, I waited for 5 minutes before I was greeted in the drive through. The store has obviouslygiven up because they have a sign posted to the speaker, assuring customers they are actually open. When I returned home with myorder, the chicken strips were cold and rubbery. Even though the service has been consistently poor, the food has always beengood. What I was given tonight was disgusting and I could not eat it. Popeye's should immediately shut this franchise down. Took 10 minutes at sitting at the drive-through order box to get our order taken. Then after that I took another 15 minutes to... get our food at the window. We were the only people in line. I went to this location at 10:00am, and the food was hot and fresh. In fact, I haven't had popeyes this good since I lived in... New Orleans. I'm terrible with names, I think the manager's name was Steve, and there was a woman named Kelsey, don't rememberthe other guy's name (sorry if I got your names wrong). Anyway, they were all really friendly and didn't make me feel like theydidn't want me there- they were happy to help me, and greeted me. They seem like they'd be a great team to work with. Read more
The staff stood around talking while I stood there for 10 minutes before they even noticed me. When they finally asked how they... could help me I told them I had a pick up order and they informed me that they still had not put the order together even thoughit was the time I was supposed to pick up the order. The sides were all messed up. They didn't even take the time to get thefilm size sides for me. They just threw some of the single serve sizes in the bag. There was a couple behind me that ended upleaving because the wait was too long. The manager walked in before I left and I told her what had happened and she justshrugged her shoulders. This place and the sweet man working by myself deserves a gold medal and a bonus! I pulled in around 4:30pm and he was all alone... in the store yet kept a great attitude! He apologized for my wait, never complained or made an excuse. I asked how many peoplewere working today and he admitted it was just him and a maintenance man.
