They got my order wrong in multiple different ways, so I went back and the manager apologized after I said I need my order made... fresh and correct, and I'm pretty sure they took the ingredients off the wrong order and just added the tomato, mushroom anduncooked* green pepper! Same with the fries! They were cold ! I assume this because the meat was extremely cold and the cheesewas not even melted 15 seconds after i got my " correct" order! I'll never go back ! Horrible customer service! WHEN YOU MAKE ANORDER WRONG YOU OWE THE CUSTOMER A FRESHLY COOKED CORRECT* ORDER! The place should be shut down ! Read more
The cheesesteak was definitely okay - good flavor and a decent portion, but the quality of steak was iffy as I got some gristle... in my teeth. The fries were good and the shake was tasty but way too thick. I'll give this place another shot but for 2 people a$30 check should equal better food. Read more

First visit to Charley's here in North Canton. I went to several in Atlanta and was happy to see them coming here. I had a large... order with 4 large subs and gourmet fries, the wait was less than 15 min. There were only 2 people working and the gentleman washustling. The good was good and they were both super nice. If it took a little longer it may be because they're having troublefinding people to work... I will be going back!! Read more
