I was there to pick up an order and had to wait over 7 minutes. The order was placed well ahead if time, but had not been... started before I arrived. There was ZERO urgency by the staff to get my food ready. Read more
I ordered 2 big Mac meals and a bacon mcdouble. Girl taking order tried being slick and said "was that a mcdouble add bacon?" I... know you heard me ask for a bacon mcdouble so why you trying to switch it up so it's more expensive? I worked at McDonald's inanother county for 3 years. I'm not stupid. On another note, the girl taking money had enough common curiously to fix thatwithout me asking so cudos to her! Get home which is only 3 minutes away if that and my food is cold and taste stale. Now Iremember why I've stopped going to all canton locations. Every single canton McDonald's location sucks! You're slow, ignorantand apparently don't serve hot food anymore either. I can deal with being ripped off a few cents for your pointless pleasure andeven waiting in line in the drive thru for 20 minutes but just to be served cold stale food? Gtfoh! Get it together! I only ever go to order my kid a happy meal but every time I dread having to interact with the staff and their attitudes, they... always treat you like the biggest inconvenience. Then after dealing with the attituds normally there is always something missingfrom said happy meal. If it was so close to my house I probably wouldn't even go at all, it only seems to get worse. If your considering going here, don't. Take the time to go elsewhere. Never fails to disappoint. Will refuse to give you things... you paid for. Food cold every single time. Women working at the window should not ever be allowed to speak to customers becausethey rude, unintelligent, and could care less about you having a good experience and good meal, or giving you what you paid for. It was completely ridiculous and so unprofessional. While all the teeny boppers were bopping away and gloating over ones selves,... we stood there for at least 20 mins. No other customers inside, and a slow a 2>drive thru window ok. FOR A ICE COFFEE! Oh and Ihad my 5 and 9 year old daughters with me, and the girl doing front counter/dining room, just pretty munched mopped right alonginto us while we were waiting.
