I haven?t been to sbarro for awhile due to lack of service prep everything but I recently been going since Nikki Nelson started... because everything is awesome! It?s customer service it?s the food like u want it everything is top notch!!! Every time I get achance to go I go now I love it!!! Definitely see the turn around!!! Don't waste your time ordering pickup or door dash here. They don't care about their customers that aren't standing right in... front of their face ordering. You'll go to pick it up and have to wait half hour because they put it in as soon as you get theresaying the app "messed up" and said it would be done too early. Half hour is too early? Went to the mall just for the pizza get there and there were two pieces of pizza 1 cheese an 1 pepperoni. There was a freshly... made one waiting to get cut. So I asked the lady could I get one from the fresh pizza. Because the 2 pierces sitting there hadlooked like they been there since they opened. I did not say that to the young lady but that?s what I was thinking. So she saysto me no I can?t sell you one from there until the other slice gets sold. So sadly I left the mall without my pizza I?m justsaying for 4.50 a slice I?m not buying a slice of pizza that looks like that. ????. Read more
