Keegan made a great caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel and the rest of the staff were very hospitable.
They always make my drink wrong. I?m a fellow barista in Amarillo and I try to be nice and ask them about it, most of the time... they?re rude and will argue with me on how the drink is made. Read more
I went here on two mornings back to back. The first morning they were missing strawberry purée and my drink tasted off even... though I usually alternate between adding strawberry purée or not. The second morning was better. Service was good both days but the guy in the second morning was extra pleasant. Staff was extremely rude to me in front of my 10 year old daughter I ordered a Venti mocha for my gf and 3 of the smallest size... caramel frapps for me and my kids and the lady got an attitude and said "oh wow" then yelled to the other employees rudely abouthow they had to make 3 caramel frapps, god forbid that I spend my hard earned money and give them my business right.
