The drive-thru line is ridiculous. Staff is under employed to keep up with customer demand. The wrong drinks were given to me... and my credit card was charged twice. I will never visit this store again when there are one half dozen other shops in Surfside. Read more

This Starbucks always shines. Great staff, friendly and most of them will get to know your name, which is very nice. They are... super friendly and take care of customers quickly. The inside is usually pretty clean and bathrooms are tended to. They are veryconsistent making my favorite, a Grande Latte. I usually go inside and sit and enjoy my drink. The drive thru I use 30% of thetime when ordering and they are faster than some Starbucks, but for the most part I find Starbucks has long wait times in thoselines. I prefer pre-ordering or going inside to order over those drive thru waits. Read more
