Today, 10/27/22 @ 4:15pm we pulled up to the drive in to give our order and the man said they were not taking orders. l said why... and he said there are two of us here and I don't get paid enough. While waiting to pull out onto Kingshighway we observed aconvertible pull up, give an order and proceed to the window to pay. I feel like we were discriminated against. Not sure why? Handed wrong burger, the doors were locked because of lack of employees so I walked in between cars to get my burger fixed... because the line was very long. The manager was sweet as could be knew exactly what had happened apologized profusely... She didnot hand me the burger that was mine already made that just happened to still be sitting there. Horrible service ordered multiple biggie bags the male that was in the window which pulled us to a spot. Which we sat for 45... minutes and food was cold husband went in to grab sauces which was forgotten and the manager made a big deal and try refusing usto get Any. This place needs to get some people willing to work. It is very understaffed to the point the dining room is closed, and this is... causing very long drive thru lines.
