Extremely rude staff, bordering on violent. Smells like mothballs for some weird reason. No longer the place to go. Poor food... quality. Wet floors. Not worthy of Congress Hall. They need to fumigate the place. Tables not bussed. Read more

To say the Boiler Room has become a miserable experience is an understatement. We used to love this place. The food and service... were always great. Over time however the food quality and quantity declined, and the service became terrible- consistently rudeand disinterested staff. But we came back with hopes it would return to way it used to be. Tonight?s experience confirmed weshould never return. Upon arrival we were told to self seat. The place was crowded and all empty tables were filthy and thedirty dishes remained for over twenty minutes. Staff just walked by us and ignored us. I finally asked one of the waitressesif we were required to bus our own table and she dismissively told me to be patient because someone would come by soon. Wewaited another ten minutes and watched the same waitress do everything she could to avoid looking in our direction. We finallyleft and went to CM fish market where the food is very good and service is always friendly. We are going to find another pizzaplace. We suggest everyone else do the same. We ordered 2 chopped salads which consisted of ham cheese vegetables tomatoes Salad came out with no dressing no cheese. Just... iceberg in a bowl with a few tomatoes and ham. No dressing. Our pizza was awful. The serving of the pizza were good but ittasted so bad. The waitress really was never to be found and we were one of 3 tables.
