This evening I ordered 3 different rolls which was a disappointment. Two of the rolls where wrapped in a thick amount of rice... which gave the texture of the roll heavy resulting in a odd taste. I called the Capitola Sushi Garden who said they were verybusy but i was told the owner would call me back. Unfortunately I didn?t get a call back. Not a lot of options for 730 on a Sunday night but here we are. I try to be understanding but I can?t help but notice how... incredibly filthy both the table, floor and seat is. Fine, it?s the end of the day. Trying to be tolerant. I ordered fourdifferent rolls and all I can say is Safeway sushi is better. I mean I can?t even make that up. They are not even cut straightlol. The soft shell crab roll was hilarious, it was actually burnt. Who does that? it?s tourist season and all the seats will befull. At these prices one would expect something different, I suppose if you drink enough sake (I don?t drink) everything turnsinto an amazing experience lol. Never again. Read more
