When this place first opened we were there every Friday! Before 2020 I went every day at lunch because it WAS that good. NOW,... it?s a joke. They are always out of staples like Caramel swirl & skim milk. Apparently the owner doesn?t have a clue how torun a Dunkin?. If I was Dunkin?, I?d pull their franchise license because this location is giving them a bad name. I never hada bad thing to say about this place until recently. The owners ran off all the good help & the current staff is only as good astheir training and the stupid limitations imposed upon them by the owners. I?ll pay extra to go to Starbucks down the road eventhough the staff members there have the personalities of wet socks?PITIFUL!!! Read more
I have nothing bad to say about the people who work here! As I was trying to order, their card machine went down. I was prepared... to run to an ATM to get some cash, but they were kind enough to give me the drink free-of-charge! That being said, mycomplaints have to do with the company itself. Prices continue to go up, while the quality gets increasingly worse. Last time Ichecked, several drinks are now more expensive here than at Starbucks. I used to go out of my way come here 1-2 times a week,but now I only come on rare occasions. My most recent trip was the first time I've been in 2-3 months. Read more
Apathy in corporate America at its finest with this store. Tried to order a dozen donuts through drive through and they are just... confused on how to communicate what they do and don?t have available. The interaction was like pulling teeth, drove away, theyonly charged me and gave me 5 donuts when I sat there and tried to find out what donuts they had to fill a dozen. Read more
I think I?m done even trying to get food at this place. Always out of something. Out of hash browns about every time, bacon... another time, bacon and sausage one time and today tortillas, sausage and hash browns. It was 8:30 am and the drive through waslined up around the building, but they could only do one person?s transaction at once. They would take an order and would nottake another order until the person who just ordered payed, got their food and pulled away.
