Staff is rude. Sara had messed up multiple orders. When I finally decided to inform her of this and express my irritation,... another employee told me to hold my attitude because they're busy and working through it. They weren't busy. There were threeorders waiting and two people in line. Drive the extra distance and visit the Starbucks physical location or Kroger location.The staff is light-years beyond this location. Read more

The Starbucks is a great place for a pick me up during your day. The staff are very friendly and if you go often enough they... general learn your name and order preference pretty quickly. Be patient, as it's on a college campus the staff sometimes turnsover and new baristas are learning. The only real downside is that while you can earn stars, you cannot redeem at this location. This Starbucks is located in the SIU Student Center so the hours vary certain times of year and parking can be difficult during... the weekday if you aren't affiliated with campus. That said, it's convenient for those on campus. The staff is very nice andI've never had an order go wrong. There is some seating available and is a good spot to meet people.
