This place is absolute chaos. The ringing thing never went off. Waited for over 45 minutes and the staff have no idea what... happened to my order or any record of my order. If i don?t have the receipt, they would probably think i lied. Even when ishowed them the receipt they still got the order wrong. Foods spill in the to go bag. Never gave me the chips and the utensils iasked for. This establishment is such a joke. Read more
Ive been to several Panera locations and always manage to visit this location. The place is keot clean and the food was on... point. Tried the turkey chili and the only thing missing was some crackers. Enjoyed the meal and was a great place to meet w coworkers! Read more
Panera has made their menu nearly incomprehensible. They?ve also really lowered the quality while prices aren?t really in line... with what you get. The flatbread pizza I had was disgusting. The white sandwich bread they claim is crust was barely warm(barely cooked?)? soft and doughy yet unyielding like it had been microwaved. The sauce was nearly nonexistent and super oily.The cheese was also nearly nonexistent and flavorless. The pepperoni and sausage were of low quality and in short supply. Theaftertaste in my mouth after finishing it was absolutely revolting. Microwave a frozen budget pizza and you?ve got betterproduct.
