The staff is unprofessional. It?s it?s called Smoothie King you should be able to substitute if you can?t have milk. It?s called... customer service accommodate the customers needs. The two staff were not professional at all they need to be trained better toorelaxed. I would not be returning and letting my friends know as well. At the end of the day it?s customer service and if youcan?t accommodate a smoothie by substituting milk and a different fruit that?s a problem. This place has the best smoothies on the Island, HANDS DOWN. But way more than this - I say here and watched Rob (a stellar... employee at this store) make orders for quite literally dozens of people entirely by himself. No help. I usually love this place but today they closed PRIOR to 9pm. I've never had this problem. I get there at 8:38pm, more than... enough time for them to make a smoothie.. I'm not sure if the manager is aware but they need to do something about it. Theemployees didn't even acknowledge me or answer the phone when I called to make sure they close at 9pm or if the timechanged. It's not fair those that work all day and want a smoothie after their workout. I work 9am to 6pm and go to kickboxingacross the street from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. I was looking forward to a good smoothie and I run into this tonight. I'm a rewardsmember but I might have to look for a different smoothie place. Such a shame how a few employees ruin a business..
