Yesterday we went with a pizza coupon, but they never have a slice available all the time, also we did order panzerottis - very... unhygienic and worst customer service with very bad quality food. I am beyond disappointed with Carleton Place Pizza pizza. We ordered our pizza at 4:30, by 5:30 we hadn't received it. We called... Pizza Pizza number ended up on hold for more than 15 minutes, hung up and called again. I explained the situation for a secondtime, and ended up on hold again while they first called the store, then a second time while they marked it free. While on holdwith customer service the store called and offered two dipping sauces or drinks. When I confirmed it would be free the storerepresentative argued that it was a technical issue with the driver and therefore would not be free, after arguing with the guyhe agreed to send us a free pizza. We received our pizza within 10 minutes. At this point over 2 hrs had passed since we orderedand the pizza we received was paper thin see the photos attatched.
