Can't get an order right to save their life. Waited 20 minutes for them to bring us our order even though we ordered on the app... ahead of time. Still got the order wrong and we had to call. The Lobby is closed and locked but they had no problem letting intheir friends to chat. Read more

This was by far the worst visit ever to a Burger King. Sat in line in the drive-in for 15 minutes to get a drink and nothing... else and still did not get waited on. Was told three times I?m sorry you have to wait. I'd love to know how this place stays open. The service is usually bleak, the food is subpar even compared to McDonald's down... the road, the lot is usually empty, along with the drive thru. The last few times I went to eat there the doors to the lobbywere locked so I chose to eat elsewhere because I choose to eat in rather than drive thru. If you want Burger King, go to theone on Allen drive in Carlisle. Because, it will outdo this one any day of the week. Read more
