Leo's is, in my opinion as a formidable ice cream consumer, one of the best ice cream shops in Central PA. As a nice plus they... have a nice, covered outdoor seating area in addition to indoor seating. But it's the ice cream that makes this place great ! Read more
Very good ice cream, nice variety! I had the salted caramel in the pretzel cone. Nice seating area too, great atmosphere.
Big super yum yum. Very creamy and well flavored. Mint chocolate chip gave me super powers, now I can fly.
First class, clean, and good system for serving & flow sending you out a different door than people are coming in. Excellent... ice cream, fair pricing for premium. Nice outdoor area under cover.
