Ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and lox and asked for easy on the cream cheese. I received a pretty hard... everything bagel, smothered in cream cheese like someone put an ice cream scoopers worth on it , along with red onions, capers,and tomatoes: I only asked for lox and easy cream cheese. No capers. No onions. No tomatoes. The mask ?memo? recently came out and we went to order lunch. The staff at the el Camino location is usually not as friendly as... they could be, but today they were exceptionally rude. I explained that I am 8 months pregnant and find it difficult to breathewith a mask on and they refused service. They then told me to order and wait outside. So for 1 minute while they prepare mymeal, I have to wait outside. There were people sitting inside without masks on, just a few feet away. Extremely rude,unsympathetic service. The Smokehouse Brisket Egg Sandwich was surprisingly good and the best bagel I?ve ever had at Bruegger?s. The hazelnut coffee... was as flavorful as always.
