I live in the La Costa Hills 4 min away, but every time I order delivery it takes 2 - 2.5 hours to get it for some reason.... Lincoln canceled my order tonight after I put it in 30 min prior to closing. Not the first time this has happened, actuallyabout the fourth. This pizza chain has officially lost my business since being a huge fan for about a decade, and they neverseemed to recover since Covid started with any sort of customer service or efficiency. Seems like a sure fire way to gobankrupt, wouldn?t be surprised with all of the other 1 star reviews. Read more
Consistently awful experience and I?m finally done. This last time with them was the straw that broke the camels back. They... cant accurately estimate delivery times, don?t answer their phones, drop your call when you?ve been on hold for 10 mins, and areoverall rude and unhelpful. Last night I ordered a pizza well before the cut off time, and the employees decided they just didn?t feel like making it. So... they canceled my order prior to the store closing. When you call to order it is an answering service that doesnt help when there is an issue with your order. I tried 3 cards and... cash, none of them went thru. so they transfer me to the store so you can stay on hold for 30-40 minutes..I even tried orderingonline. NO LUCK...this is the 2nd time I have had issues with Domino's at different t stores...guess it's time to find a newpizza place Read more
