Incredible bbq! Absolutely delicious! BTW this location is not a restaurant it is their prep kitchen for the catering business... and two restaurants (Oceanside and San Marcos). They have a huge table in the pick up area where you are so very warmly welcomedto eat if you want to stay there. Very Generous portions. Excellent quality meats are smoked to perfection. Sauces are perfectlybalanced - tangy, sweet, spicy. Nothing is over salted so you can taste the fresh foods! Delicious. All sides we tried were wellmade, fresh and flavorful. Love the huge selection of choices, both southern bbq and creole. Oh my gosh, and don?t even get mestarted on all the desert choices. I need to go back and make an entire meal of eating every single desert they offer - alllooked so good! We did share a key lime cake, moist, perfect balance of sweet and tart, lovely cake texture, right amount offrosting. So good! Yes the food was amazing, but it?s all the people who work here that really make the experience special.Kind, welcoming, appreciative of your enjoyment of their efforts.
