Luna Grill is one of my favorite places to eat when I am looking for something "healthy" and tasty. I usually order the chicken... kabob or the chicken & gyro meat plate. I have had their Apple walnut & Mediterranean salads, which have always been fresh andtaste delicious. I'd like to leave negative stars but I'm not able to do so. The man who took our order was not professional and EXTREMELY RUDE.... Our food came to the table in boxes! Why was our food not served on plates? I also think the man messed up our order in purpose.My mom ordered a gyro and was expecting the food to be on a plate with the pita bread and salad. Instead the meat came in a box.No pita bread. We had to order bread-- which came in little triangles. It was SUPPOSED to be a wrap. Her salad came in a boxtoo. I left a tip before the food came out to us and I WISH I had not left a tip. I would like my money back plus my tip. I willNEVER come back to this place or recommend it. Somehow at some point, I got on Luna Grill's email marketing list. Normally I scroll right past companies' mass emails, but the... subject line from yesterday's Luna email caught my eye: "We're bringing back Kids Eat Free!" (Mon.-Thurs.) Enough said! Calledthe wife, she got the kids in the car, and we met for dinner at the Bressi Ranch/Carlsbad location. Luna Grill with our wholefamily of 6 can get REAL pricey, so we try to limit how often we go. But the 2 kids' meals being free helped make it a moreenjoyable meal out! Service was great, staff was friendly & helpful, and the food was delicious as always. One of the few spotswhere all of my kids find something they like (normally the kids' gyro plate with fries). Read more
