Worst experience in fast food in a long time. They skipped our order and about 3 families got their food before us. I went to... the counter and the team lead (manager was on break and could not be disturbed) just looked at me and asked what order number wehad. I told him and he asked around and when no one told him they had made our food he just shrugged and said, "Okay, we'll makeyour food right now." No apologies or any offering to make things right, just an 'oh well'. To add insult to injury, the drinkswere all watered down. Their iced tea was just water. I have never left bad reviews before for restaurants but I feel myself in the situation to do so. Today I experience how bad the... customer service is: I have placed an order for food and drinks for two people and one of the drinks never arrived. Imagine thedisappointment I've went through drinking regular water instead of the drink I've paid for. Of course I called Taco Bell 6 timesand nobody picked up and when I tried to get in touch with Uber Eats using the app I've got an error message saying that thehelping center is not available but my complaint got registered. This is the reason I will never order again from Taco Bell andwhy I will probably quit paying my Uber monthly subscription at the end of the month. Read more
