This Subway used to be good pre covid. We have placed our order online several times. We asked for cheese, even paid extra for... it. The cheese is consistently left off. By the third time I checked and went back in and asked for it. That was the only reasonfor the 3 stars, otherwise it would have been one. (The girl who put it on was nice.) Still very frustrating. Before the orderis finished it should be double check to make sure everything is on it. Read more

Rude, insolent, impolite and unprofessional staff. I ordered through the subway app and received the wrong order. I immediately... called the store to get that fixed and they told me I can come pick up the new order because they did't have any drivers. Iexplained I was unable to do that because I was in quarantine so I asked for a refund. I was told to call back when the manageris there to process the refund. I've been calling everyday for the past week and every time I explain the situation and ask forthe manager they hang up on me, and they don't pick up the phone unless I call from a different number.
