Neat place in Carmel! It?s nice to find something that feels new and unique. Being a rooftop open air place hits that spot. ... Service was good and nice people. Food was good. My only gripe at all was a limited bourbon list (but if the crowd doesn?tdemand it I can?t blame them.). I?ll definitely be back. Read more
The atmosphere & vibes are Amazing. The food after two attempts was not good at all. I sent my first plate back. The filet... sliders were very dry, & definitely not medium temperature cooked, & they were Luke warm. Second try were the birria tacos. Theycame out room temp, & also were not good. First visit to 3UP and I was highly impressed! Great location, right on the Monon in Carmel. Nice bar with a beautiful outdoor... area that has plenty of seating. The service was top notch and the apps were really good. Drinks were fantastic too. They make amean whiskey sour. Great atmosphere! Perfect place for date night or drinks with friends.
