It was a great experience. Our server was pleasant and very attentive. I felt bad as she had heard wrong for the order for my... daughter. She fixed it quickly and politely. Needed soup due to a surgery. I ordered two soup from Olive Garden and they said it will take no more than 30 minutes. I arrived... early. Called them and they said it should be out in a few. As patient as I was I waited another 20 minutes sitting in the car.The car next to me - a police officer also order food and left because food was not ready. The girl arrived but mistakenlythought we were the cop that left because his food did come out on time. Then, I decided to go inside myself to grab my food. Onmy watch they still messed up my order. Nevertheless, I ended up staying to grab my food. If you order food online with them, beaware that you might need to go inside to get it yourself. I never had such issue at any Olive Garden! Seriously, what did you expect, it's Olive Garden after all! We tried their takeout recently for a fairly large group (9 in all)... and the Michigan Rd location didn't disappoint!
