Every time that you schedule delivery hours ahead of time, it's consistently 30+ minutes late. One time, it didn't show up at... all (though the did refund us the money and remake the order) The consistency of tardy pizza is truly remarkable. The carry outbusiness is consistently good though. On January 12th, two thousand twenty two, I ordered a double order of bone in wings with the sauces on the side. Medium well.... Before this location closed on this evening. After I perceived that this was taking too long, I called. This location's vm saidthat they were closed. After trying feverishly to relay my displeasure to this location ( without success), I finally got a holdof "a manager." She said to me that my order was voided (to absolutely no knowledge of mine). And that my money would berefunded to me in two days. Today. No refund still. But more importantly... As a paying customer. I feel like I did not get whatI paid for. Quality has seriously slipped beyond repair. We order pizza regularly because it?s an easy fix. I?d bet we order pizza at least... 6-8 times each month and it?s always to feed others. The point of this is that it?s easy to overlook some quality issues if it?sjust the wife and I, but seeing the people you?re buying pizza for disappointed when the order arrives is a whole other thing.Tonight we ordered one of their new New York style pizzas, one called ?The Works?, and chicken wings. Each pizza barely hasanything on it. Very little pepperoni on the NY style pizza. The one called ?The Works? had very little on it and shouldn?t becalled ?The Works? at all. Not even close. Especially when you?ve spent nearly $50 bucks for the lot after including a tip.Speaking of tips. Here?s mine. Until this store places quality high on their list of things to achieve, buy your pizza and wingssomewhere else. Some frozen pizzas are far better than what was delivered tonight. Read more
