We ordered 4 biggie bags and a bourbon bacon cheeseburger combo. $35.62 at the drive thru window there order taking went fine,... So at the pickup window the cashier handed me my drinks I explained we were missing a drink, I realized we had 5 drinks therecorrect amount but they gave us one wrong drink it was supposed to be one half sweet half unsweetened tea and they gave us twoand we were missing a fruit punch the lady was so crabby and said I ordered two , which I had not she just didn?t listen wellwhen I placed my order, anyway So when we get home there was no sauces for our nuggets, the tea was half tea half soda. Then theworst part was our 4 junior bacon cheeseburgers had meat cheese and bacon. None had their normal mayo, lettuce, or tomato. Went here a couple days in a row for my fiance to get biscuits and gravy before work, and both days the lid wasn't hardly on... and the minute he opened bag, we saw gravy everywhere in bag. The last day we went, it was leaking out bag and got in ourvehicle. Ugh. My wife and I ordered two diet cokes. They were disgusting and not drinkable. We went in to return them and we were met with... an attitude and resistance by the rude counter employee. The manager came out and said that he would refund the purchase tothe card. He listed it as refunded by cash and we have disputed the purchase with our bank. Although a little under fivedollars may not seem like a lot to some, he stole our money and his employee was rude and rolled her eyes and would not help. The manager knew exactly what he was doing and should be fired and charged with petty theft. This Wendy?s is an example of whyyou don?t go to Wendy?s. Staff was rude, became upset that I asked for something on the menu they ran out of, didn?t let me finish my order, cut me off... saying: ?Pull round?. My order came out wrong too, Missing all the nuggets, mayo when asked for no mayo, my friend who orderedno tomato, got tomato, etc. They weren?t even busy when we ordered. We were the only ones there. I used to love going here,before the renovation even. This location should get a new management or shut it completely. It happened multiple times to me that I place a mobile order... and when I show up, they are closed. I waited in the drive up line for 20mins along with 5 other cars before knowing that theyclosed for the day for whatever reason.
